Join the community in a holiday car cruise downtown Forest City! 

Bring the family downtown to wave to Santa & Mrs. Claus and kids can drop letters to Santa. Donate to local non-profits stationed on the corners of the route and enjoy waving to neighbors and friends! Santa’s elves will be handing out goodie bags to vehicles with children.

Contest for best decorated vehicle! Register your vehicle by driving through the Chamber parking lot between between 3:30 and 4pm. The Cruise will take place from 4 – 5pm. Winners announced live at 4:30pm! Awarding $200 1st place, $150 2nd place and $50 3rd place in Forest City Bucks!

Business Window Decorating Contest –

Let it GLOW!  Any business who would like to be entered into the Holiday Lights contest should decorate their store/window/building and email a photo to chamberdesk@forestcityia.com BY DECEMBER 9th at 9:00 pm.

Photos will be posted on Facebook December 10 – voters can go to the Forest City Chamber’s page to vote for their favorites. Voters get one vote for People’s Choice. Like your favorite decorated business to vote! One like = one vote. Voting ends December 12th at 12 pm.

Categories are:  Best in Show ($300), Best Theme ($200), People’s Choice($100). Winners will be announced at the Christmas Cruise on December 12, 2020 (and contacted via phone).
