Westown Place Apartments

2017

Over the past several years the number of jobs in the Forest City area have expanded at a steady pace. With this growth we have stretched our available housing, especially in the rental markets, to capacity. Our apartment inventory is very small, and all are over 20 years old. The city contracted with Maxfield Research and Consulting in 2015 to do an assessment of rental housing supply/demand. In summary, this analysis documented a demand for 74 additional rental units.
